My PaymentSense terminal isn't printing receipts


Enabling PaymentSense receipts

By default, payment sense terminals will not print a receipt on any integrated sales. If you would prefer to have these receipt in addition to your ePOS receipt, please preform the following functions:

Menu X 2 
SUPERVISOR
Enter Password
MENU X 2
TERM PARAM
The display will show 'Enter Interface': Key in "21" and press Enter
The display will show 'Enter Interface': Key in "527" and press Enter
Erase the "1" by pressing clear, key in "0" and press Enter
This will save all changes - press the cancel button to revert to the idle screen

Your terminal should now print a receipt at the end of each transaction. If you want to disable this, you can follow the same instructions, and change the "0" back to a "1".
